Yang Zijiang is a Ph.D. candidate in the National Economic Management Department of Renmin University of China, born in 1969 in Tongcheng, Anhui. He is an assistant researcher at the Information Center of the Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences, engaged in information economics and marine economics research. He has been teaching undergraduate and graduate courses on intangible asset valuation, information economics, Western economics, public finance and finance, and insurance at institutions such as the China Science and Technology Information Research Center, Renmin University of China, and Capital Normal University. He has been consistently focused on and researching fundamental theoretical and practical issues in the knowledge economy era, specializing in asset valuation, information economics analysis, regional economic cooperation, and marine economic development consulting. During his master's studies, he published 11 papers, of which 4 won relevant awards. During his doctoral studies, he has published 8 papers. He has translated 3 English original works, co-authored A Chronicle of the 20th Century's Major Technological Events, and edited Network Value Valuation. He has participated in 17 economic research projects and served as one of the lead authors of the project reports.
