Features: With the growing legal awareness, more people are learning to use the law as a weapon to protect their rights and interests. Especially in labor relations, which directly involve the interests of individuals and enterprises, the number of legal disputes has been rising in recent years. In corporate labor relations, what rights can be protected through what channels, this book lists nine major categories of situations, helping you get targeted legal advice. Since 2001, the China Enterprise Federation and the China Entrepreneurs Association have been actively involved in the national tripartite mechanism for coordinating labor relations. They have strengthened guidance on corporate labor relations, actively promoted local federations to participate in labor relations coordination, and published a series of materials on labor relations. To help enterprises understand China's current legal system for labor relations, identify the causes and manifestations of labor disputes, improve labor relations management, effectively prevent labor disputes, and better promote and exchange experiences in handling labor disputes within the federation system, as well as enhance the participation of federations in labor dispute resolution, we have compiled and published this case collection to provide valuable guidance for federation staff.
