Features: Based on the training objectives of relevant majors and the characteristics of vocational and technical education, combined with the teaching reform experience of different institutions and the practical teaching of applied writing courses, we have compiled this "Practical Tutorial on Applied Writing." The features of this textbook are as follows: First, it aims at being pragmatic and practical, with a focus on real-world application. The basic theory is kept to a necessary and sufficient extent, with an emphasis on grasping concepts and formats, as well as strengthening practical application, to broaden students' knowledge and skills in applied writing. Second, it emphasizes the cultivation of practical application and operational skills in applied writing, balancing theory and practice. While ensuring the necessary theoretical education, it increases the proportion of practical application and operational components, enabling students to acquire a more complete and systematic understanding of basic applied writing knowledge and skills, thereby achieving the goal of integrating learning with application. Third, it highlights the "trinity" of theory, sample texts, and exercises, making the content easy to understand and accessible. Each chapter of the book is basically composed of five parts: basic concepts, analysis of flawed texts, sample texts, theoretical elaboration, and exercise design. These parts are interrelated and closely coordinated, forming an organic whole around the central theme.
