Features: Student reading and writing are not just simple training of language fundamentals but also a way to exercise their innovative thinking and practical abilities. Only by earnestly mastering the techniques of essay composition, such as theme selection, material choice, idea development, and expression, as well as the basic methods of reading, can we move from the "inevitable realm" of reading and writing to the "free realm," achieving qualitative improvement and breakthroughs. Guided by this teaching philosophy, we have compiled this series of training books to assist primary school students in reading and writing. The series consists of five volumes, one for each grade from first to sixth, with 16 units per volume. Each unit highlights a specific reading and writing training point. This series features an innovative layout and distinct characteristics, primarily the following aspects:
1. Rationally and Scientifically Arranged
The series is organized in the order of basic reading and writing skill training requirements. Based on grade levels, corresponding training points are arranged, making the objectives of training and guidance clear. It emphasizes targetedness, gradual progress, and systematic advancement.
2. Novel Unit Design
Each unit in the series is composed of six sections: Essay Tips, Thinking Strategies, Reading Online, Exemplary Retellings, Synchronized Practice, and Good Words and Phrases. This design is based on the principle of combining the abstract and concrete, aiming to provide students with specific writing guidance and insights while reinforcing their understanding, mastering methods, and correct application through reading exercises. Our guidance avoids being overly comprehensive, focusing instead on being concise and to the point. The reading examples are aligned with the training points to help students grasp various writing knowledge points and techniques effectively.
3. Concise and Targeted Reviews
The series provides concise and targeted reviews for each selected text, focusing on the specific writing training requirements of the unit and closely linking them to examples in the text. This avoids vague discussions, enabling students to genuinely perceive improvements in their writing and enhancing the purposefulness of training.
4. Practical Emphasis in Compilation
Each unit in the series consists of six sections, each highlighting relevant reading and writing methods or training points.
