Copying involves writing with a dark ink pen on a transparent sheet placed over the text; tracing involves directly writing over the red characters with a pen; and copying involves placing the book on the table, observing the strokes, structure, and posture of the original text, understanding it intuitively, and then writing it down. These methods can effectively and rapidly help readers overcome their long-standing non-standard handwriting and improve their writing skills. We hope that readers will practice one page daily, repeatedly and persistently, and surely achieve harmony between mind and hand, ultimately mastering a beautiful and standard regular script.
