Features: On February 15, 2006, the Ministry of Finance released 39 accounting standards, marking the formal establishment of an enterprise accounting standards system that meets the requirements of China's market economy development and aligns with international practices. Starting from January 1, 2007, the new accounting standards were officially implemented for listed companies, enabling Chinese enterprises to use internationally recognized accounting language to "communicate" with investors. In this context, to help accountants understand and learn the content of the new enterprise accounting standards and clarify the system of the new standards, we organized the writing of this book, Enterprise Accounting Standards 2006, to meet the learning needs of accountants. This book consists of two parts: Part I—General Introduction and Explanation of the 2006 China New Enterprise Accounting Standards, which includes the significance of the release of the new accounting standards, the background of their development, the main characteristics of the new standards, the major changes compared to the old accounting standards, and the profound impact of the new standards. The second part—Enterprise Accounting Standards 2006, includes the full text of the newly released 39 enterprise accounting standards.
