Features: At the request and commission of some higher medical colleges, the National Medical Examination Center began organizing pilot work for the professional basic subjects and some comprehensive subjects of the medical postgraduate entrance examination starting from 2005. To meet the needs of expert question setting for the medical postgraduate examination and examination review, this syllabus is specially formulated.
1. Professional Basic Subjects: Among them, Human Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pathology, Pathophysiology, and Diagnostics are used for the master's and doctoral postgraduate entrance examinations; the part of Pharmacology is used for the doctoral postgraduate entrance examination.
2. Comprehensive Subjects: There are four types in total: Basic Medical Comprehensive, Preventive Medical Comprehensive, Stomatology Medical Comprehensive, and Biological Comprehensive, all used for the master's postgraduate entrance examination. The Basic Medical Comprehensive includes Physiology, Biochemistry, Pathology, Pathophysiology, Immunology, and Medical Microbiology. The Preventive Medical Comprehensive includes Epidemiology, Health Statistics, Occupational Health and Occupational Medicine, Environmental Health, Nutritional Health, and Toxicology. The Stomatology Medical Comprehensive includes Stomatology Internal Medicine, Stomatology Maxillofacial Surgery, Stomatology Prosthodontics, Stomatology Anatomy and Physiology, Stomatology Histopathology, and Stomatology Orthodontics. The Biological Comprehensive includes Biochemistry, Medical Microbiology, Physiology, Cell Biology, and Genetics.
This syllabus consists of three parts: examination content, sample questions, and test paper structure. In the professional basic subjects examination syllabus, the unlined part is the common examination content for master's and doctoral postgraduates, while the lined part is the separate examination content for doctoral postgraduates.
