Features: With the establishment and improvement of China's market economy system, as well as the deepening of the government's public management-oriented institutional reforms, the theory and thought of public management have flourished in China. From this perspective, this book organizes and presents the roles and relationships of government, the roles and relationships of public organizations, the theory of institutional reform, the connotation and theory of public management, the management of various public resources, as well as the strategy, planning, and control of management tools, and the content of government performance management, all in line with the logic of management. It is presented to readers in five parts and twelve chapters: Introduction, Political Management, Strategic Management, Resource Management, and Performance Management, making a beneficial attempt to form a public management textbook from a management perspective.
