Features: This specification was jointly compiled by the Handan Coal Industry Design and Research Institute and relevant units in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Construction's document No. Jianshihuan [2005] 124, "Notice on Issuing the Second Batch of Construction Engineering Standard Plan for 2005." During the compilation process, the drafting group conducted surveys, widely solicited opinions, referred to domestic and international relevant materials, and repeatedly revised it. Finally, the China Coal Construction Society organized the review and finalized the specification. The specification consists of ten chapters and six appendices. It includes: General Provisions, Terms and Symbols, Water Quantity, Water Pressure, Water Quality, Water Sources and Water Treatment, Water Supply System, Water Use Point Devices, Hydraulic Calculations, Pipelines, Pressure Pumping Stations, Automatic Control, etc. The provisions marked in bold are mandatory and must be strictly implemented. The Ministry of Construction is responsible for the management of this specification and the interpretation of mandatory provisions, while the Handan Coal Industry Design and Research Institute is responsible for the interpretation of specific content.
