Features: Emphasizing ethics can be said to be one of China's defining characteristics. Among the ethics that are emphasized, Confucian ethics has always held an absolute dominant position. However, within the original coordinates of Chinese culture, Confucian ethics is merely one constellation in the constellation chart. The objective consequence of exclusively favoring Confucian ethics not only inadvertently lost the opportunity for other thoughts to develop utility but also led to a situation where, in the long run, ethics lacked a solid ethical foundation, with the absence of social morality being the best evidence. As a result, ethics has not become a resource. Positioning ethics as a resource is not only necessary for China to occupy its per capita share on the world stage and truly achieve modernization but also a call for the values of the global village. It is also the topic of ethical business. Within this perspective, from the perspectives of theoretical positioning, psychological mechanisms, physical support, practical decision-making, ethical construction, and reinterpreting matters, taking reality as the platform, the global village as the vision, the economy as the driving wheel, pursuing economic benefit development as the goal, and enhancing national strength as the value orientation, it breaks the narrow framework of discussing ethics in isolation from ethics itself. Multidimensionally and profoundly, on the track of practical and applied learning, it macroscopically and objectively depicts the outline of ethical business.
