Features: Emphasizing ethics can be said to be one of China's defining characteristics. Among the ethics that are emphasized, Confucian ethics has always held a dominant position. However, in the original coordinates of Chinese culture, Confucian ethics is merely one constellation in the constellation chart. The objective consequence of being overly partial to Confucian ethics not only inadvertently lost the opportunity for other thoughts to develop utility but also led to a situation where, in the long run, ethics lacked a solid ethical foundation. The absence of social morality is the best evidence of this. Therefore, ethics has not become a resource. Positioning ethics as a resource is not only necessary for China to occupy its per capita share on the world stage and truly achieve modernization but also a call for the values of the global village. It is also the topic of ethical business. Within this perspective, from the perspectives of theoretical positioning, psychological mechanisms, physical support, practical decision-making, moral construction, and reinterpreting matters, using reality as a platform, the global village as a vision, the economy as a driving wheel, pursuing economic benefit development as the goal, and enhancing national strength as the value orientation, it breaks the narrow framework of discussing ethics in isolation from ethics itself. Multidimensionally and profoundly, on the track of practical and pragmatic learning, it macroscopically and objectively elaborates and outlines the concept of ethical business.
