Features: Most of us are not living in a utopian society, and conflicts can exist to varying degrees. This book explains in simple and lively language how to reduce, channel, and resolve conflicts, as well as the psychological processes and significance behind them. Unlike typical management books that teach "how to solve conflicts," this book uniquely elevates conflict management to an art. While imparting "skills," it also delves deeply into the deeper aspects of human nature, allowing readers to examine the fundamental and authentic self within. It enhances communication, listening, and coordination skills while inspiring and adjusting mindsets, transforming knowledge into practical skills and psychological qualities into behaviors, fostering more harmonious relationships and a more virtuous inner world.
