Features: This volume of Criminal Law Studies includes both foundational theories of criminal law and discussions on challenging criminal judicial practices. In the "Special Forum" section, the authors have organized a series of thematic discussions among doctoral students from the Criminal Law Department of East China University of Political Science and Law, as well as some practitioners, focusing on the Criminal Law Amendment (VI). This aims to provide an in-depth analysis of the relevant content and legislative achievements of the amendment from a comprehensive perspective. The "Expert Articles" section features an article titled Reflections on Several Issues of Bank Crimes by Professor Liu Yuan from the Law School of Shandong University and Zhao Wei. Additionally, numerous articles explore topics such as the "spirit of restraint in criminal law," "crime categories, descriptions of crimes, and prescribed penalties," "crime of illegally operating the same business," and "crime quantity analysis in the context of economic crimes."
At the same time, the book highlights the research achievements of the Criminal Law Department of East China University of Political Science and Law.
