Features: This book is one of the core teaching reference books for the 21st century law series textbooks. Due to the numerous carriers and vast number of publications of criminal law research achievements, it has become difficult to accurately grasp the overall picture and context, as well as the mainstream and direction of theoretical research in criminal law. This difficulty is particularly evident for criminal law learners. Therefore, we have organized several mid-career scholars with high academic levels and theoretical expertise to write this teaching reference material suitable for law students, especially undergraduates. The book is divided into two parts: The first part introduces the research achievements of the theoretical community on the concepts, principles, systems, and key points of criminal law in a comprehensive, systematic, and accurate manner through the form of research reviews. The second part collects the criminal law amendments, separate criminal laws, and judicial interpretations issued by the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, the Legal Affairs Commission, the Supreme People's Court, and the Supreme People's Procuratorate since the promulgation of the Criminal Code in 1997.
