Features: Basic teaching of form is always a focus of the Central Academy of Fine Arts, and it is a topic of concern and attention in both campus exchanges and the broader society. Especially in the context of the booming development of design arts and the increasingly rich linguistic forms of plastic arts, the significance of realistic form training remains a question. Do students lack enthusiasm for it? What developments are there in teaching and guidance? What objectives should we achieve through this teaching today? Everyone is silently asking, observing, and striving for practical implementation. The observation and research of external world forms (including both natural and social forms) may not encompass the entirety of artistic activities, but they serve as a crucial foundation and core. Regardless of the form of a work, it reflects the artist's attention and observation of reality. In the process of education and learning, the results of this observation and continuous validation need to be made tangible through assignments, shared for communication, and presented for improvement.
