Features: The laws and regulations of occupational health and safety are the important basis for implementing supervision and management of production safety and safeguarding the life and property safety of the general public. In recent years, with the focused attention of the Party and the state on the safety and health of workers, the improvement of legal awareness among the majority of employees and enterprises, and the needs of safety work, a positive social trend of abiding by the law has taken shape. Especially since the implementation of the "Specification for Occupational Health and Safety Management System" (GB/T 28001—2001) in 2001, the application of occupational health and safety laws and regulations has been listed as a core and main element. The standard emphasizes that enterprises should make a commitment to comply with laws and regulations when formulating safety/health policies, prioritize the basic requirements of laws and regulations when setting safety/health objectives, and use laws and regulations as the guiding principle when implementing occupational health and safety management. It also requires regular monitoring and review of performance in compliance with occupational health and safety laws and regulations. Additionally, the planning phase of the standard includes a specific element for controlling occupational health and safety laws and regulations, requiring enterprises to "identify, obtain, update, and communicate" relevant occupational health and safety laws and regulations when implementing occupational health and safety management activities. In recent years, the number of enterprises and public institutions carrying out or preparing to carry out occupational health and safety management system certification has rapidly increased. Therefore, a comprehensive understanding, mastery, and application of laws and regulations related to occupational health and safety have become a strong requirement in today's society. To meet the practical needs of all sectors in occupational health and safety management and certification, we have collected and organized a relatively comprehensive set of laws, regulations, and provisions related to occupational health and safety, compiling them into the "Series of Laws and Regulations Related to Occupational Health and Safety Management." This series is applicable to all enterprises and institutions, industry administrative departments, various types of employees and workers, personnel responsible for safety and hygiene management, certification bodies, auditors, and consultants. This album, "Series of Laws and Regulations on Accident Investigation and Handling, Occupational Hygiene, and Prevention of Occupational Diseases," includes 12 regulations on accident investigation and handling and 17 regulations on occupational hygiene and prevention of occupational diseases.
