This collection gathers 162 standards related to the surfactant cleaning products industry, issued by the State Council and Light Industry Industry Standards by the end of July 2006, including 114 State Council standards and 48 Light Industry Industry standards. The collection is divided into three parts: basic standards, testing method standards, and product quality standards. The differences between this edition and the previous one are: it includes 45 newly formulated standards (21 State Council standards and 24 Light Industry Industry standards) after 1998, as well as 21 revised standards (18 State Council standards and 3 Light Industry Industry standards).
