Features: Enhance lung function
Walking can keep blood pressure at a normal level. The pressure from the lungs can produce maximum blood pressure. This is also the function of the diaphragm, and walking can exercise it. The lungs absorb oxygen from the air and deliver it to all parts of the body, allowing the body to generate energy and expel waste. This series of operations is a very precise system, which can be said to be a flawless engine created by the Creator. Therefore, walking is hailed as the oxygen health method.
The lungs are the entry point for air, which first enters the lungs. The oxygen inhaled is then transported by the blood to all parts of the body. The air we normally breathe consists of 21% oxygen, 78% nitrogen, and a small amount of carbon dioxide. The amount of air the lungs can process, or their capacity, is a crucial factor in determining the state. If the lungs lack strength and cannot absorb enough air, the amount of oxygen inhaled decreases, and consequently, the body cannot produce enough energy.
The lungs themselves do not have muscles, so their contraction movement is carried out by the muscles of the chest cavity and diaphragm. During inhalation, the chest cavity expands, and the pressure in the lungs decreases, allowing air to flow in. During exhalation, the elasticity of the lung walls expels the air. This is the mechanical principle of lung function.
