Features: The needs of society are a strong driving force for the development of disciplines. As an applied basic discipline, "Management and Economic Psychology," which consists of seven sub-disciplines—Management Psychology, Cross-Cultural Management Psychology, Personnel Psychology, Occupational Psychology, Economic Psychology, Investment Psychology, and Marketing Psychology—has experienced rapid development. This growth meets the demands of China's reform and opening-up era and the need to establish a socialist market economy system. The features of this book retain the core components of the discipline, such as the theoretical foundations of management psychology, cross-cultural research in management psychology, motivation theories, group psychology, leadership psychology, organizational development and change, etc. At the same time, it introduces new fields and content in the discipline, such as the new direction of "human-centered" human resource management in the 21st century—establishing learning organizations, organizational culture and management, employee motivation and psychological adjustment, team building, leadership skills and techniques, etc. The revision of this book enhances its role in various aspects, making it not only a textbook for college and university students and postgraduate researchers but also a reference material for researchers and essential teaching material for training leaders and managers.
