The first part includes nine chapters: Yin-Yang and Five Elements Theory, Zang-Fu Organs, Meridians, Etiology, Diagnostic Methods and Syndrome Differentiation, Prevention and Treatment Principles, Basic Knowledge of Formulas and Medicines, Common Diseases and Syndromes, and Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing, providing a concise yet systematic introduction to the basic theories of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and its diagnosis, treatment, and nursing knowledge. The second part consists of four chapters: Acupoints, Filiform Needle Techniques, Needling Techniques, and Acupuncture Therapy, focusing on the description of the 14 meridians' acupoints and acupuncture therapy for common diseases and syndromes. At the end of the book, there is an index of formula names by stroke order for reference.
