Features: This standard was formulated in accordance with the arrangement in the "Notice on Issuing the 2004 Industrial Standard Supplement Plan" (File No. [2004]1951) issued by the General Office of the National Development and Reform Commission. The reliability evaluation of DC transmission systems is an important part of power reliability management. This standard is based on the "Interim Measures for the Statistical Evaluation of Reliability of DC Transmission Systems," and has been revised and improved after several years of application, modification, and refinement. Upon the implementation of this standard, it replaces the original "Interim Measures for the Statistical Evaluation of Reliability of DC Transmission Systems" (File No. [2000]03) issued by the State Power Corporation of China. Appendices A, B, C, and D of this standard are informative appendices. This standard was proposed by the China Electric Power Enterprise Association.
