Features: Pharmaceutical affairs management is a specialized course for the pharmacy program in secondary vocational schools of medical and health categories. The content of this textbook strives to combine ideological, scientific, advanced, inspirational, and applicability, aiming to reflect the fundamental theories, basic knowledge, and essential skills required for the pharmacy program in secondary vocational schools. It emphasizes a competency-based approach, highlighting the specialized, interdisciplinary, timely, applied, and highly operational characteristics of the discipline. Theory is closely integrated with practice, striving to introduce rich content within a limited space, with a clear structure, concise language, appropriate depth, broad scope, and fresh insights. It meets the requirements of pharmaceutical affairs management work in the new era, new system, and new regulations, aligns with the demands of teaching reform and training objectives, and suits the cognitive characteristics of secondary vocational school students. The goal is to enable students, through the course, to develop preliminary pharmaceutical affairs management capabilities while laying a solid foundation for future learning and development.
The entire book is structured for 38 teaching hours, including 26 theoretical hours and 12 practical hours, divided into seven chapters. The main content includes Introduction, Pharmaceutical Organizations, Pharmaceutical Laws and Regulations, Pharmaceutical Quality Management, Pharmaceutical Production and Operation Management, Management of Special Pharmaceuticals, and Hospital Pharmaceutical Affairs Management. Chapters 1 to 3 cover the basic knowledge and fundamental theories of pharmaceutical affairs management, as well as pharmaceutical organizations and laws and regulations. Chapters 4 to 7 focus on the specialized management of four key pharmaceutical activities. The selected modules are designed to provide three times the content of the flexible teaching hours (10% of the total hours) for teaching. These modules can be selected as needed during teaching, based on actual conditions. Additionally, practical teaching content is included to facilitate the organization and guidance of practical instruction.
