Features: It is evident that "finance and economic law" is not a highly standardized concept, but we use this term with the same intention as using "finance and economic jurisprudence." We hope to use this banner to present this "legal review" to the readers, which not only incorporates various achievements from both academia and practice but also breaks down the seemingly insurmountable barriers between disciplines. It aims to reflect the interdisciplinary integration and complementarity of economics and law, as well as the seamless connection between theoretical research and practical operations. This book continues to uphold the editorial philosophy of integrating theoretical research and practical discussions, as well as the interdisciplinary integration and complementarity of economics and law. It addresses pressing issues in China's finance and economics sector from different professional fields and perspectives. The book contains approximately 350,000 words and is divided into several sections, including [Special Articles], [Commentaries], [Financial Regulation], [Fiscal and Taxation Law], [Market Regulation], [WTO Special Topics], [Lessons from Others], [Legislation Watch], and [Academic Perspectives].
The [Special Articles] section includes a speech titled "The Revision and Improvement of the Company Law" by Professor Jiang Ping, delivered on March 27, 2004, at the Beijing University of Finance and Economics. The [Commentaries] section features two articles: "On the Comprehensive Coordination of Monetary Policy and Financial Regulation" co-authored by Professor Wang Guangqian, President of the Beijing University of Finance and Economics and a renowned finance expert, and Associate Professor Zeng Xiaqing, Deputy Director of the Institute of Fiscal, Taxation, and Financial Law at the Beijing University of Finance and Economics, as well as "Key Issues in the Formulation of the Civil Code" by Professor He Shan. The [Financial Regulation], [Fiscal and Taxation Law], [Market Regulation], and [WTO Special Topics] sections include articles from legal and economic professionals, respectively, exploring the institutional improvements in the field of finance and economics from different disciplinary backgrounds. The [Lessons from Others] section focuses on comparative studies. The [Legislation Watch] section features articles that provide case-based legal analysis, offering positive reflection and reference for adjusting and regulating China's current economic order. The [Academic Perspectives] section is excerpt-based, selecting abstracts of recent academic articles from several well-known scholars to broaden the academic scope of the review and enrich its informational content.
