Features: During the formulation of this standard, the drafting group summarized years of experience in oil and gas gathering and transportation engineering design, incorporated research and technical achievements in oil and gas gathering and transportation engineering from various oil and gas fields across the country in recent years, and widely solicited opinions from relevant units nationwide. Field research was conducted on 10 oil and gas fields, meetings were organized for research and discussion, and repeated refinement led to the formation of the standard provisions. This standard consists of 12 chapters and 12 appendices, with main contents including: General Provisions, Terminology, Basic Regulations, Crude Oil Gathering and Transportation, Crude Oil Purification and Treatment, Natural Gas Gathering, Natural Gas Purification and Condensate Storage, Oil and Gas Gathering Pipelines, Natural Gas Metering, Instruments and Computer Control Systems, Station Site Layout and Public Utilities, Health, Safety, and Environment, etc. The provisions marked in bold in this standard are mandatory and must be strictly implemented. The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development is responsible for the management of this standard and the interpretation of mandatory provisions, while the Oil and Gas Field and Pipeline Construction Design Standardization Committee is responsible for daily management and the interpretation of specific technical content. During the implementation of this standard, it is hoped that all units will combine practical engineering experience, carefully summarize lessons learned, and pay attention to accumulating data.
