Features: Technique is a skillful and superior method required for doing anything. Especially in today's society, almost everything involves technique. There are techniques for squeezing onto a bus, and techniques for ordering food. Currently, I am responsible for the collaborative education program between the Glasgow School of Art in the UK and the China-UK Academy of Art. When new students were just admitted, I was informed that the next year, when they go to the UK to continue their studies after completing their studies in China, they will need the technique of applying for visas. Although the term "technique" has been popularized, generalized, and vulgarized by the masses, even someone with a basic understanding of Chinese literature like me cannot come up with a new term to replace or substitute for "technique." Due to my many years of diligent research on technique, the word "technique" remains sacred in my heart. Many accomplished painters might say, "Painting is just for fun," which may be because they have already entered the realm of the "free world." But as an ordinary mortal like me, I am still at the stage of the "necessary world," so "playing with art" or "playing with painting" doesn't work for me. The readers of this book are friends like me who view art as mysterious, noble, and belonging to the same category as the upper echelons of society. The techniques introduced in this book are rigorous, practical, and classical in form. However, for friends in architecture, environmental art, and interior design, only this method can train their eyes and hands to create architectural presentation drawings that attract clients and are easy to win bids.
