Features: This quota is applicable to new construction, expansion, and renovation projects of industrial and civil buildings. It is compiled based on normal construction conditions, the current equipment level of construction machinery in most construction enterprises, reasonable construction schedules, construction techniques, and labor organization, reflecting the social average consumption level. This quota is formulated in accordance with current relevant national product standards, design codes, construction acceptance codes, quality evaluation standards, and safety operation procedures. It also references industry and local standards, as well as representative engineering design and construction data and other materials. The labor days in this quota are not differentiated by project type or technical grade and are uniformly expressed as comprehensive labor days. The content includes basic labor, long-distance transportation labor, labor margin, and auxiliary labor. Among them, basic labor is calculated based on the current national unified labor quota for building and installation engineering, and the missing items are calculated by referencing regional current quotas and actual investigation data. For labor calculated based on labor quotas, the labor margin is properly included according to regulations; for labor calculated based on actual construction needs, the labor margin is not included.
