Features: To ensure the implementation effectiveness of the National Healthy Housing Demonstration Project, the Construction Industry Center of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development selected residential components that comply with national industrial policies and technological development directions nationwide. In accordance with the requirements of the Residential Component System and Integrated Technology of the National Healthy Housing Demonstration Project, experts were organized to technically review the submitted residential components based on the "Implementation Outline of the National Healthy Housing Demonstration Project" and the "Management Measures for the Performance Certification of Commercial Residential Buildings" issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. The approved components in this book are classified into seven systems—structure, exterior envelope, interior finishing, kitchen and bathroom, equipment, intelligent systems, and community facilities—and compiled into this publication.
