Features: This book is the measurement standard for the consumption of labor, materials, and machinery operating hours required to complete specified unit decorative and finishing projects. It serves as the basis for compiling unit price lists for decorative and finishing projects, tender bid bases, construction drawings budgets, and determining project costs; it is also the foundation for preparing preliminary budget norms (indicators) and estimation indicators for decorative and finishing projects. It is used as a reference for preparing enterprise norms and bid quotations. This norm applies to the decorative and finishing of new construction, expansion, and renovation projects. This norm is compiled based on relevant current national product standards, design codes, construction and acceptance norms, technical operation procedures, quality evaluation standards, and safety operation procedures, and references relevant regional standards, representative engineering design and construction data, and other materials. This norm is prepared under normal construction conditions, with the mechanical equipment level commonly possessed by most enterprises, commonly used construction methods, construction techniques, labor organization, and reasonable project duration. This norm is approved by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China. This norm can be used in conjunction with the "Measurement Rules for National Unified Decorative and Finishing Project Bill of Quantities."
