Features: The fourth volume, "Furnace and Kiln Lining Engineering" (hereinafter referred to as this quota), is applicable to various refractory and heat-insulating refractory masonry engineering, in-situ refractory lining engineering, and the fabrication and installation of furnace internal accessories in new construction, expansion, and technological transformation projects. The main material content in this quota is calculated based on the design density specified in the current national technical standards. If it does not match the actual product density, it is permissible to adjust it according to the actual density. The quota consumption of carbon blocks, graphite blocks, and large composite bricks is considered under finished product conditions. If raw materials are used for self-processing, the consumption of labor, materials, and construction machinery operating hours incurred during processing can be calculated separately according to the approved construction plan. This quota is a budget quota for installation engineering in specialized furnaces, general industrial furnaces, in-situ refractory materials, and auxiliary projects. It is applicable to various refractory and heat-insulating refractory masonry engineering, in-situ refractory lining engineering, and the fabrication and installation of furnace internal accessories in new construction, expansion, and technological transformation projects.
