Features: The data for the China Investment Statistical Yearbook (2005) comes from the basic database and comprehensive reports of the 2004 national fixed-asset investment statistical reports. This annual report is divided into three parts: total social investment, urban investment, and rural investment.
Part I covers total social fixed-asset investment. It includes major indicators of total social fixed-asset investment, the total investment scale of various economic types (state-owned economy, collective economy, joint-venture economy, shareholding economy, foreign-invested economy, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan-invested economy, and private and individual economy) in different regions, investment in the current year, newly added fixed assets, and related construction area indicators.
Part II covers urban fixed-asset investment. It includes three sections: urban total investment projects with an investment of over 50,000 yuan (units), real estate development, and private construction in urban and industrial areas.
Part III covers rural fixed-asset investment. The data for this part comes from the sample survey conducted by the National Bureau of Statistics' Agricultural Survey Team, divided into non-farmer investment and farmer investment. This book is divided into three parts: total social fixed-asset investment, urban investment, and rural investment.
