In addition to retaining the standards that remained effective from the 1st Edition, it includes 114 new standards approved by the competent authorities for national and industry standards from May 1995 to the end of October 2002. Among these, 25 are national standards and 89 are industry standards, with 15 of them being newly added or revised. To help readers understand the current and superseded standards, a comparison table of current and superseded standards is appended at the end of the book. The attributes of the standards collected in this volume are indicated in the table of contents, with years represented by four-digit numbers. Since some standards were published before the standard cleanup and revision process, they have not yet been updated and are retained in their original form in the main text. When using these standards, readers should refer to the attributes indicated in the table of contents (please check the attributes of standards cited in the "References" section of the standard text). Due to the varying years of publication of the standards included in this collection, no changes have been made to the units, symbols, formats, etc., used in the standards during the compilation process.
