This book collects relevant materials from 19 representative projects among the 29 model small and medium town and urban housing projects that have been reviewed and approved by the Ministry of Construction and the Ministry of Science and Technology. The purpose of editing this book is to record this history, showcase the achievements of the model projects, and provide references for future housing construction. This book is both a summary of the National Key Science and Technology Industrial Project—the model projects—and a historical document. It is hoped that it will provide experience and reference for future housing construction.
