Features: To adapt to the significant adjustments in China's construction project tendering and bidding policies after joining the WTO in the past two years, the extensive revisions in project administrative approval matters under the "Administrative Licensing Law," and the changes in project construction procedures brought about by the reform of the city's construction and building materials industry, the Shanghai Construction Project Tendering Management Office, in collaboration with the Shanghai Vocational Ability Examination Institute and the Shanghai Construction Project Consulting Industry Association, organized professionals to revise and update the original series of examination textbooks for construction project tendering engineers. The original five books in the series were condensed into four books closely aligned with the four examination subjects: "Regulatory Knowledge Related to Construction Project Tendering and Bidding," "Practicalities of Construction Project Tendering," "Basic Knowledge of Construction Project Construction," and "Overview of Construction Project Costing." The content incorporates a large number of new laws, regulations, and rules related to construction project tendering and bidding, as well as new changes in administrative approval matters for construction projects. Additionally, computer operation techniques and knowledge are introduced, with a particular focus on the introduction of internationally aligned new content such as the engineering bill of quantities valuation norms for cost engineering reform.
