Features: This textbook was rewritten based on the spirit of the revision work seminar for the job qualification training materials of construction management personnel, held in Beijing in May 1994, on the original textbook. It is a mandatory textbook for quality inspectors and safety officers. During the revision process, following the seminar's spirit, a significant amount of content was deleted from the original textbook to further highlight practicality and skill development. The content is designed to be concise and focused, and as much as possible, the systematic nature of the course is maintained according to the characteristics of the "Building Mechanics" course. Considering the characteristics of adult education, complex theoretical derivations are avoided, qualitative analysis is strengthened, and the goal is to make the content easy to understand and accessible.
