Features: This is a work that emphasizes love and warmth. The story describes Bambi growing up alongside his forest companions as they experience the changing seasons in the magical wilderness. When human waste invades the forest, killing their loved ones and destroying their homes, only love is the only force that can heal the wounds. The book delves deeply into the harmonious atmosphere of the forest and the kind nature of the animals, showcasing the theme that love is everywhere.
On the day a "flower" flies, a magpie heard the groans of a deer in labor and landed on a nearby branch to watch. Shortly after, a fawn was born. The magpie exclaimed, "What a beautiful child! Ah! He's already standing up! How amazing! Can he run?"
"Of course," the doe replied gently. "But please excuse me, I'm feeling very weak right now and can't spare the time to talk with you."
"When will he grow feathers?" the magpie asked, unwilling to end the conversation.
"I'm so sorry, but I don't have time to talk to you," the doe said.
The doe licked her baby clean with her tongue. The little one wore a red coat with many beautiful spots, and his face was still drowsy. It was early summer, and the morning sunlight streamed through the thick leaves into the forest, where birds of all kinds sang in harmony. The warblers sang endlessly, doves cooed continuously, and even the chickadees were chirping joyfully.
The fawn smelled his mother's scent and snuggled close to her, bumping around until he found his mother's teat and began to nurse.
"Bambi, my little Bambi," the mother deer murmured as she stroked her baby gently.
All the does in the thicket knew Bambi's mother well. Bambi often followed his mother, happily trotting through the narrow deer paths. The dense leaves brushed against his body, and the feeling was so comforting!
