Features: The manuscript presented to the readers consists of 28 articles on jurisprudence written between 2001 and 2005, reflecting some of my academic achievements in the field of jurisprudence during this period. These 28 articles are all inspired by the problems encountered in jurisprudence research and teaching, as well as the issues directly touched upon by participating in and observing legal practice. This is related to my long-standing aversion to the academic whining of scholars. Some of the writings were born out of the observation that some students, while studying jurisprudence or taking exams, were influenced by certain misconceptions, often harboring uncertain or superficial notions about how to understand law, legal science, and legal philosophy, which led me to the desire to clarify these issues.
