Features: The China Securities and Futures Statistical Yearbook (2005) (Chinese/English) collects statistical data of the securities and futures market in 2005, as well as some macroeconomic indicators related to the securities market. This yearbook is divided into 8 parts: 1. Overview of the Securities Market; 2. Stock Market; 3. Bond Market; 4. Mutual Fund; 5. Listed Companies; 6. Investor Structure; 7. Futures Market; 8. Securities and Futures Intermediaries. At the end of each section, there is an explanation of major statistical indicators. Additional appendices include the charging standards of Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges, and a chronicle of major events in the Chinese securities market. The data in this yearbook mainly comes from exchange statistical reports and the business departments of the CSRC; macroeconomic data comes from the People's Bank of China, the National Bureau of Statistics, and other ministries and commissions. According to the development of the securities and futures market, this yearbook has been expanded and adjusted in both content and format. Chapter 3 has added content on the interest rates of bond buy-side repo transactions in the interbank market; Chapter 5 has added tables on the share structure of small and medium-sized enterprises listed companies, a summary of industry information for SME listed companies, and a cross-sectional distribution table of listed companies by industry and region; Chapter 8 has added lists of futures brokerage companies and fund management companies, making the yearbook more comprehensive and rich in content.
