Strategy and structure, economy and culture, internationalization and specific national conditions, modernism and postmodernism, a colorful feast of theories and solid empirical research—all of this is enough to place this book among the best management books of recent years. This is a book about the large-company strategy and structure model of Harvard (Chandler), a work representing the voice and level of Europe.
