Features: I have previously compiled a collection of Yuan Dynasty poems, totaling over two hundred, which has been circulating in the world for a long time. After the Wuxu period, I further extensively searched and collected, exhausting my physical and mental strength. I left no stone unturned in the collections of book collectors in Wu, leaving no regrets. In the autumn of the Yiyu year, I was summoned to the capital to compile and select poems from the four dynasties. As a result, I was able to thoroughly explore the secret manuscripts in the imperial collection, personally copying and compiling them, preserving them for the world. In the autumn of the Yimai year, I took leave to return to my hometown, traveling south along the Xiang River and north to Songshan and Tai Mountain, seeking lost works, and adding even more. After my travels, I retired to my cottage, combining the collections from the past twenty years, and reorganizing them. The completed collection totals approximately one hundred and sixty households. The selected works from various collections, as well as those from the Shangjing, Dizhi, Yeshi, Baiguan, calligraphy and painting scrolls, and other sources that contained fewer than five poems, were compiled into the Guji collection, totaling over three thousand households. This collection of Yuan Dynasty poems is truly vast. The handwriting is rough, and I wanted to have all the legends and carvers complete it, but I fell short of the strength. I first sent the hundred collections to the world, and in the future, I will continue to complete the entire book to achieve a grand vision. Then, the essence of the Yuan Dynasty will not be lost or hidden, and my half-life of painstaking effort will also be able to fulfill my aspirations. In the fifty-ninth year of the Kangxi reign, the eighth month of the autumn of the Gengzi year, Changzhou Gu Sili wrote at Xiuyedaotang.
