Features: This book is a revised and supplemented version of the original work "Mongolian Words in Yuan and Ming Drama." There are two layers of meaning to this: First, the original work included 114 Mongolian words, but the search was not entirely thorough, and the verification was still incomplete. In recent years, I was fortunate to read previously inaccessible historical documents, which brought me great joy. Therefore, I dared to search far and wide, sift through the sand to find the gold, and supplement the old work, which is the upper part of this book. Second, in recent years, I have continued to study and explore, and may have had some occasional findings, which led to the successive drafting of works such as "Supplementary Mongolian Words in Yuan and Ming Drama," "Further Studies on Mongolian Words in Yuan and Ming Drama," "Mongolian Words in the Drama 'Wu Lun Quan Bei Zhongxiao Ji'," "Explanation of Deluojin Mulaishi," "Further Studies on Bian Shi," "Explanation of Halaji and Suluoma," and "Persian and Arabic Words in Yuan and Ming Drama." In response to readers' suggestions, I also extended to Mongolian words in Qing Dynasty drama, drafting works such as "About Mongolian Words in the Drama 'Diao Pipa'," "Mongolian Words in the Drama 'Shengping Baofei'," and "Discussions on Mongolian Words in Qing Dynasty Drama," which together form the lower part of this book. The total number of Mongolian words found in drama has reached nearly 200, along with some words from Persian and Arabic, as well as loanwords from Manchu. All of these are provided for further reference and correction by scholars in the fields of drama, language, and history.
