Features: Network education is a new form of education in recent years. The purpose of compiling this book is to adapt to the needs of this new educational form and contribute to its vigorous development. This book is primarily intended for undergraduate students of engineering disciplines who are receiving network education to study higher mathematics courses. For this reason, the book has the following two characteristics: On the one hand, the selection, depth, and breadth of teaching content are as much as possible in line with the current basic requirements for teaching higher mathematics in higher engineering colleges; On the other hand, in aspects such as the presentation of teaching content, the selection of examples, and the arrangement of exercises, it strives to adapt to the characteristics of network education. The book is divided into two volumes: Volume 1 includes topics such as functions and limits, differential calculus of single-variable functions, integral calculus of single-variable functions, and ordinary differential equations; Volume 2 includes topics such as infinite series, spatial coordinate systems, analytical geometry and vector algebra, differential calculus of multivariable functions, and integral calculus of multivariable functions. The arrangement of exercises in this book is as follows: After each section, to meet the basic teaching requirements, the exercises that every student needs to complete are compiled separately into an exercise book (also correspondingly divided into two volumes); Additionally, review exercises are compiled at the end of each chapter, most of which are designed for reviewing and consolidating the learned knowledge, while some exercises can be used for students to improve their mathematical abilities. We hope that this arrangement of exercises can better adapt to the needs of network education.
