Features: "Financial Statistical Analysis" is a new course, and the basic objective of the authors is to cover the fundamental system and key content of financial statistical analysis in China. Using internationally standardized financial statistical knowledge, analysis theories, and techniques, and considering the self-study needs of undergraduate students, it systematically elaborates on basic principles, knowledge, and analytical methods and their applications, aiming to analyze China's practical financial issues to the greatest extent possible. While imparting knowledge, it emphasizes cultivating students' independent analytical skills. Additionally, it hopes to provide a reference for the development of teaching materials in this discipline. This textbook is a revised and expanded version of "Financial Statistical Analysis" published by our press in January 2000. It introduces monetary statistical analysis, financial market statistical analysis (securities, foreign exchange markets), financial enterprise operational statistical analysis (commercial banks, insurance companies), comprehensive technical analysis of financial statistical analysis (balance of payments, funds flow), and the new field of financial statistical analysis—specifically, the various components of the international competitiveness of the financial system. In terms of content, it seeks to integrate the levels of empirical financial theory, financial statistics, financial statistical analysis themes, and the application knowledge of statistical analysis methods. This textbook can be used by students majoring in finance or statistics at universities, as well as for training and self-study by employees in the financial system and statistical departments. The book employs internationally standardized financial statistical knowledge, analysis theories, and techniques, considering the self-study needs of undergraduate students, and systematically elaborates on basic principles, knowledge, and analytical methods and their applications, aiming to analyze China's practical financial issues to the greatest extent possible.
