Lin Zhenxiang's Hotel Design Sketches 2006

Author: Lin Zhenxiang, Editor-in-Chief
Publisher:
Publish Date: 2006-01-01
Features: This book compiles the author's design works from recent years. The author once studied interior design in the United States, and as a result, the fusion of Eastern and Western styles subtly appears in his works. His imagination is rich, bold, and mature. As the saying goes, "A stone from another mountain can polish jade," this book will undoubtedly provide valuable reference and inspiration for professionals in the field of interior design. Looking back over the past decade and a half, from studying and working in the United States to returning to China to start a business, despite the hardships along the way, I am very fortunate to have received the most rigorous design education and training in the U.S., to have worked in an international design company that is admired by peers in hotel design, starting from basic drawing tasks to creating design construction drawings and eventually designing key spaces in hotels independently. Hotel interior design has no shortcuts—without a decade or even two decades of accumulated experience, it is impossible to design a successful hotel.
