Features: Shanghai is a metropolis where elites gather. "Shanghai Elite Properties I" and "Shanghai Elite Properties II" showcase 21 elite properties in Shanghai. Through the visual presentation in this book, you can see various styles and feel the changes of time, seasons, weather, day and night, and movement in architecture and the environment, giving you a rich imaginative space. Perhaps you can sense what good architecture is from this. Now, the architectural exteriors and materials of Shanghai properties are more outstanding, durable, and awe-inspiring than before. Through the deliberate arrangement of landscaping within the community, vegetation, water features, and gardens, the different scenery of the community in each season is displayed. The design of large bay windows, balconies, and 270° floor-to-ceiling windows in the buildings allows your view to fully connect with the external space, letting you always be aware of the wind, rain, snow, frost, and dew. You can also stand by the window with your loved one, enjoying the comfort of sunrise and sunset, and experiencing the changing light and shadow effects inside and outside as the sun moves, savoring the dance of light and shadow. The reasonable planning of the community, with the integrated layout of pedestrian paths, car roads, and leisure trails, allows people to walk and exercise between the buildings and landscapes. When designing and planning the properties, the architects paid attention to the subtle embodiment of time, seasons, weather, day and night, and movement in architecture. They not only emphasized "human-centered design" but also vividly portrayed the elite characteristics of Shanghai's metropolis, leaving people in awe.
