Features: With the popularization of art education in recent years and the increasing popularity of art college entrance exams, more and more people are participating in art learning. In this context, there has been a diversification of art exam formats. In art college entrance exams, many art institutions use written drawing as a form to assess candidates' sketching skills. Written drawing is a creative form of painting, which has both a hereditary relationship and certain differences from life drawing. In the examination and training of written drawing, some students may become anxious and unfamiliar with the characteristics and methods of written drawing, inevitably taking detours and causing unnecessary mistakes in learning and exams. To help art learners and candidates improve their (plastic) skills and exam performance, we have compiled this book. The purpose is to enable learners to train scientifically and systematically, so that they can quickly achieve learning goals and exam requirements. The book starts with the basic principles of sketching, covering content that considers solving practical problems in basic learning while also providing targeted training and preparation methods for candidates. Although life drawing and written drawing have similar forms of expression, their training objectives and methods differ. It is hoped that learners will clarify their respective characteristics before training.
