Features: The wisdom of Chinese classics is an important part of the world's treasure trove of wisdom. It contains life insights and sources of wisdom that are a shared wealth of humanity, with its unique value enduring through time. This time, they published the first batch of books, totaling 9 titles, including "The Analects," "Tao Te Ching," "Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon," "Mencius," "Great Learning," "Doctrine of the Mean," "Classic of Rites," "I Ching," "Three Character Classic," "Hundred Family Surnames," "Thousand-Character Classic," "Monograph for Beginners," "Rules for Students," "Dragon-Script Whip Shadow," "Rhythm Enlightenment," and "Lakshman's Rhyme." Among them are both time-honored classics of Chinese culture and traditional introductory reading materials. Through recitation, one can not only enlighten the mind, inherit culture, but also regulate behavior and cultivate character. The target audience of this series is mainly Chinese children and Chinese learners abroad. It adopts a large-character layout and is accompanied by Pinyin. The format of this series is the original text with Pinyin annotations. Ancient characters, variant characters are marked with a black frame in the lower right corner, while proper nouns such as names of people, places, and dynasties are highlighted by changing the Pinyin font. For the sake of protecting children's eyesight, we adopted a large-character layout, hoping that children can recite while reading in a relaxed manner. To ensure the quality of this series, we invited professional scholars to annotate and proofread the classic texts and had authoritative experts review them to guarantee the quality of the books. Reading requires method. With the right method, one can achieve twice the result with half the effort. Some great scholars have advised that the essence of reading lies in reading classics, and the essence of reading classics lies in reciting them thoroughly to gain insights, using those insights, refining them through practice, and innovating through skill. This is also the original intention behind the Classic Recitation Project. In summary, it boils down to six words: precision, familiarity, insight, application, skill, and innovation. Among these, insight, application, and innovation are explained. However, these explanations are best grounded in precision and familiarity. As for sudden enlightenment or realization during the process of undisturbed, focused recitation, that is truly extraordinary. In such cases, conventional explanations are no longer necessary.
