Features: The "Core Course Test Series for Law Majors in Higher Education" is meticulously designed for law students to master legal knowledge, refine legal thinking, and enhance their exam-taking skills in law. Based on the philosophy of "teaching combined with practice and learning through exercises," this series has been developed with careful consideration. Since its first edition was published over a year ago, we have received numerous calls and letters from enthusiastic readers. Some provided valuable feedback on the books, while others discussed the answers. However, the majority expressed appreciation for the design and content of the series. While we were gratified by this praise, we also felt a greater sense of pressure to meet readers' new demands. To satisfy these needs, we have revised and expanded this series. Building upon the strengths of the first edition, we have further refined and distilled the content. Compared to the first edition and other similar books in the market, the second edition features the following:
First, the format design is updated and more authoritative. This revision primarily references the new version of the "21st Century Curriculum Textbooks" (Core Course Textbooks for Law Majors in Higher Education) compiled by the Teaching Guidance Committee of Law Disciplines under the Ministry of Education, while also incorporating excellent content from other law textbooks. This series is divided into 14 volumes, aligning with the subject categories and classification requirements for law majors in higher education as determined by the Ministry of Education.
Second, the quality of questions is higher, and the comprehensiveness is stronger. The series covers question types and topics for three exams: undergraduate course exams, the Judicial Examination, and graduate entrance exams. The volume of questions is more substantial, ensuring comprehensive coverage of key knowledge points in each discipline. This revision has added 2005 and 2006 Judicial Examination questions and the latest graduate entrance exam questions from major law schools across the country. This series provides students with an early training platform for the Judicial Examination and graduate entrance exams, achieving the effect of "one practice for three exams."
Third, the answer explanations are more detailed, and the analysis is more accurate. The series helps students better consolidate classroom knowledge and improve their ability to integrate and apply concepts. To highlight the-focused nature of this series, the answer explanations for graduate entrance exam questions continue to adopt the perspectives of the reference books recommended by each admitting institution. Readers are kindly advised to pay attention to this. Meeting readers' needs has always been our unwavering goal. To ensure the quality of this series, we have expanded the original writing team by recruiting more distinguished faculty and scholars from renowned law schools to form the Teaching Assistance Center for this revision. Of course, errors or discrepancies may still exist, so we have included a feedback card at the end of the book, inviting readers to provide valuable suggestions.
Finally, we sincerely hope that this revised series will help students navigate the challenges of future law exams and excel in their endeavors!
