The main technical content of the revised specification includes: 1. Comprehensive revision of the original specification; 2. The pressure of steel pipes increased from 0.8 MPa to 4.0 MPa; 3. New provisions added for the construction and acceptance of ductile iron pipes, polyethylene pipes, and steel-reinforced polyethylene composite pipes; 4. New provisions added for the construction and acceptance of steel pipe polyethylene adhesive tape, coal tar enamel, fusion epoxy powder, and polyethylene corrosion protection; 5. Additional provisions added for the construction and acceptance of gas pipeline penetration (crossing) projects; 6. New provisions added for the construction and acceptance of outdoor overhead gas pipelines; 7. New provisions added for the construction and acceptance of gas pipeline accessories and equipment installation; 8. New provisions added for the construction and acceptance of liquefied petroleum gas gasification stations and mixing stations. This specification is managed and interpreted by the Ministry of Construction for mandatory provisions, and the lead drafting unit is responsible for the interpretation of specific technical content.
