Features: This book is a collection of design works for artworks inside Nanjing Metro Line 1. It was collectively created by the Nanjing Art College under the supervision of the Nanjing Metro Command. Nine stations were ultimately selected: "A Journey of a Thousand Miles" – Olimpic Sports Center Station; "The Light of the 10th National Games" – Olimpic Sports Center Station; "Brilliant New City" – Yuantong Station; "Cloud Pattern and Brocade" – Zhongsheng Station; "Remnants of the Ancient City" – Zhonghua Gate Station; "Colorful Lanterns along Qinhuai River" – Sanshanjie Station; "Republic Narrative" – Zhujiang Road Station; "Ancient Capital of Six Dynasties" – Gulou Station; "Water and Moon at Xuanwumen" – Xuanwumen Station; "Jinling Scenery" – Nanjing Station. These stations feature a group of artworks consisting of ten murals and two sculptures, presenting a comprehensive display of Nanjing's cultural characteristics.
