Features: Here are 50 places, all recommended by National Geographic professionals, or rather, unforgettable fragments of memory from top international travelers. Can you join them? Those dream destinations—where do they stand in your life, or on the far shores of your journey? This list is definitely worth the test. They come from the professional recommendations of National Geographic Traveler, or rather, the unforgettable fragments of memory from top international travelers. These places include:
- The Pacific island nation of Palau, where the ocean's waters shimmer with a strange, iridescent blue-green
- The rugged, primitive wilderness of northern Ontario
- A 400-year-old tavern named King’s Head and Eight Bells on London’s Charing Cross Road
- Herds of gazelles running across the African continent
- Waterfalls as tall as skyscrapers
- Dreamlike cities that seem to exist only in fairy tales
These 50 places are not just for global travel enthusiasts; they are also my own dreams. At the end, the authors, editors, and consultants of National Geographic Traveler magazine, after fierce debate, selected these 50 places (plus the bonus destination of outer space) as the dreams of every person on Earth. It can be said that there is no scientific theory behind the selection of these 50 places, and thus, it has generated significant controversy. But what I can confirm is that this list is absolutely worth the test. Because, it is the final choice of a group of travelers with 1,500 years of experience. At the same time, it also represents the authority of National Geographic Traveler, an international travel magazine.
